So unless you want to sit in the room or gamble nonstop, there is NOTHING else to do at all. It's a casino hotel so based on Vegas styles, we expected more.
Believe me we lost that weekend so we ended up paying them back! If housekeeping was better, and maintenance were better, I'd give it a 4. I give it 2 stars for convenience and that it was free, but I would not pay on purpose, we earned through players rewards. It LOOKED clean, but if you don't notice HUGE bottles of booze in the closets and broken tables and food on the floor, well it made me wonder if they cleaned toilets, showers and bedspreads. The attention to detail and poor housekeeping left a bad taste in our mouths during our stay. We never had turn down service as described or chocolates, but not a big deal. Hubby had to ask a maid walking by if they were going to clean today, and she seemed confused. One day we did not get our rooms cleaned till after 430pm, and they were in the room next door at 11am when we left. We asked for extra towels and wash clothes, and when the maid took the dirty ones we were not resupplied. We found empty vodka bottles in the closet, and a pile of broken potato chips under ottoman, as well as a broken table top next to the chair, that is heavy fell and missed my foot by about an inch! Three times our room keys stopped working on a two night stay.
